A frequently requested title, we are thrilled to add Matilda the Musical to our collection! Choose between a full and simplified version of the set designs.  

Original Design (Seen in Photos 1-3)

The designs for Matilda center around mid-century inspired, multi-purpose bookcases assembled in squares. They beautifully frame the stage as well as slide back and forth to create different settings like the Library and the School Gates. 

This Design Pak also includes detailed how-tos for the various practical effects needed for the show, including magic chalkboard and tipping cup!

The Pak includes all the scenes needed to produce Matilda such as:

    Simplified Design (Seen in Photos 4-6)

    These designs are a simplified version of the above designs. They use less materials making for a quicker built and is ideal for theaters with less storage space. The multi-purpose letter blocks are used for Matilda's bed, library stools, and classroom seats. 

    The Pak includes the following pieces:

    • Multipurpose Letter Blocks (Used for Matilda's bed, classroom seats, and more)
    • Ms. Trunchbull's Desk & Trophies

    There are not plans for Miss Honey's Cottage.

    All Design Paks© are leased and include: 

    1. The technical blueprints & how-to instructions for building
    2. Colored renderings of the set pieces
    3. The ScenoGraphics Building Manual (covering building and material basics)
    4. A materials list  
    5. A return label emailed to you (Domestic orders only)
    Design Paks© are due back two weeks after a show’s closing. Return shipping is included in domestic order and you will receive an email with a return label when your order is fulfilled.
