Refund policy

In accordance with our Perusal Policy, if you decide not to use any portion of a Design Pak, you can send it back within four days of receipt and we will issue a full return of the Pak price upon receiving it back; the shipping price will not be refunded. Please inform ScenoGraphics about the return via email or call. An organization can peruse no more than twice in a row without explicit consent; the third Pak will be non-refundable. Any Design Pak kept longer than four days, without special permission having been granted, is deemed rented. Any portion missing from a cancelled Design Pak constitutes usage, as does returning a Design Pak in damaged condition.
